GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Guests are welcome to arrive from 4:30 P.M. to 8:30 P.M.
  • Please note that early arrivals are possible with prior coordination.
  • Please call if you are delayed. (Especially if you have asked for an early arrival.)

Reservations

  • A full breakfast is included in the rate.
  • All rates are quoted per night, double occupancy.
  • Add $25 for an additional person over 12 months old per room.  Please Note: Not all of our rooms can accommodate extra people.
  • Rates are subject to 6% State & 9.5% City tax.
  • We accept most credit cards and cash, but not checks.
  • Tips are not expected, but are appreciated.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
  • Breakfast is served from 8:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. 
  • Wine and Cheese from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. 
  • Wilson House is a smoke free environment. 
  • Se habla Espanol.
  • Sorry, no pets.

Deposits

  • We accept most credit cards, but do not charge them until the guest arrives (or not)

Cancellation

  • Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly.  
  • For cancellations of one and two rooms we need to hear from you 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • For cancellations of three or more rooms we need to hear from you 96 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
