• Guests are welcome to arrive from 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
  
• Please note that early arrivals are possible with prior coordination.
  
• Please call if you are delayed.
  
• Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
  
• Breakfast is served from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
  
• Afternoon tea is served from 4:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
  
• Wine and Cheese from 5:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
  
• Wilson House is a smoke free environment.

SERVICES:

• Full breakfast in our formal dining room.
  
• Join us at your convenience for breakfast each morning between 8:00 A.M. and 10 A.M. We will be happy to accommodate your special dietary needs if advanced notice is given.
  
• Early morning coffee and tea available in the Breakfast Room.
  
• Afternoon tea and goodies served every day in the formal dining room
  
• Join us and the other guests for a glass of wine and a bit of cheese in the Parlor from 5:30 P.M. to 7:00 PM.
  
• Beverage setups available.
  
• Brochures of local attractions
  
• Calendar of events.
  
• Menu folder of local dining available (with personal comments from the innkeepers).
  
• A library full of books to be enjoyed during your stay.
  
• TV available for viewing in the study
  

RESERVATIONS:

• A full breakfast and afternoon tea is included in the Rate.
  
• All rates are quoted per night, double occupancy.
  
• Add $25 for an additional person per room (Only the Master Suit can accommodate more than two.)
  
• Rates are subject to 5% State & 3% County tax.
  
• We accept cash, and checks.
  
• Tips are included in the room rate.
  

DEPOSITS:

• To guarantee your reservation, we require a check in the full amount for one nights lodging.
  
• Stays three nights and longer require a deposit of two nights lodging.
  

CANCELLATION:

• Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Last minute cancellations regardless of the reason, will result in forfeiture of your deposit. All deposits are non-transferable to another date, however, all deposits are transferable to another date.
  
• For cancellations of one and two rooms we need to hear from you 3 (three) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  
• For cancellations of three and four rooms we need to hear from you 14 (fourteen) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
